IPH, Eurocash

2023 – Current

I lead the commercialization of Eurocash Group’s consumer and operational data – building a scalable data monetization platform for the retail and FMCG sectors.

At IPH, I oversee product roadmap, go-to-market strategy and full P&L. I’ve led the expansion of the Europlatform ecosystem, aggregating data from over 12,000 points of sale and launching partnership with Deloitte to drive monetization at scale.

As Digital Director at Eurocash Group, I spearhead the digital transformation of wholesale and retail operations. This includes B2B ecommerce, mobile apps, and marketing automation initiatives.

As co-founder and CEO of Telematics Technologies, I led the company’s transformation into Poland’s leading provider of insurance telematics, fleet analytics and digital navigation.

I was fully accountable for company strategy, P&L, investor relations, and all day-to-day operations – including sales, product development, IT and marketing. I scaled the TT platforms to over 1 million monthly users across B2B and B2C, and secured distribution partnerships with all major mobile operators (Orange, Play, Plus, T-Mobile).

In the B2B segment, I expanded the company’s SaaS offering for fleet telematics and analytics, and built a long-term partnership with PZU Group (36% market share), delivering crash detection and usage-based insurance services driven by machine learning analytics – with over 500,000 policies sold and 100,000 crash detection end users. I also led the in-house development of proprietary IoT hardware and crash reconstruction AI-driven algorithms.

The company was recognized by Ptolemus and Berg as the telematics leader in Central and Eastern Europe.

In 2022, the private equity fund CVI initiated a successful exit process on the back of this performance.

Naviexpert

2012–2017

As CEO of Naviexpert, I led the company’s repositioning into Poland’s premium navigation and digital map platform – combining B2C subscriptions with B2B licensing and OEM partnerships.

I was responsible for strategy, operations, finance, sales, marketing, and investor relations. During this time, I scaled the team from 20 to 60+ people and transformed the company into a profitable, fast-growing asset in the portfolio of leading CEE private equity fund MCI.

Key to this growth was the launch of distribution partnerships with Orange, T-Mobile, Plus and Play, which expanded the subscription base from under 100k to 600k monthly active users. I also secured strategic data licensing deals that reduced costs by over 10%, while increasing EBITDA margin from negative to 34% by 2017.

I implemented a people-first turnaround: addressing high staff turnover through transparent communication, strengthening team leadership, and introducing modern hiring and onboarding practices.

In 2017, I successfully led the equity transaction process that delivered a x20 return on investment for MCI – the second-highest exit in the fund’s history.

Onet.pl

2006–2012

I joined Onet — Poland’s largest internet portal — in a mid-level role. Within six years, I rose to Director of Video & Entertainment, leading a 70+ person team and owning P&L for one of the portal’s fastest-growing digital verticals.

Along the way:

  • I built and scaled new business lines: from betting and gaming to lifestyle media and VOD.

  • I transformed early-stage concepts into revenue-generating units.

  • I gained end-to-end responsibility: strategy, product, execution, performance.

I launched Onet VOD from scratch — writing the business plan, closing global content deals (BBC, Warner Bros, Sony, Universal), and securing mass distribution (e.g. Coca-Cola campaign: 70M co-branded bottles). In 18 months: 5M users, positive EBITDA, industry recognition.

This chapter ended at the executive table — shaping Onet’s digital roadmap. It laid the foundation for my future CEO roles: combining entrepreneurial drive with operational precision.
