IPH, Eurocash

2023 – 2025

As CEO of IPH with full P&L accountability, I built Eurocash Group's data monetization platform for retail and FMCG sectors. Platform delivery significantly increased Eurocash’s data monetization capability and strategic market value, establishing a new digital revenue stream for the Group

Key achievements:

• Built data aggregation platform: 12,000+ points of sale, 140+ brands

• Launched strategic partnership with Deloitte for enterprise data monetization

• Achieved full-scale implementation in just 18 months – a record timeline in the Polish retail & FMCG sector

Completed transition in October 2025.

As co-founder and CEO, I led Telematics Technologies’ transformation into Poland’s leading provider of insurance telematics, fleet analytics, and digital navigation. I was fully responsible for company strategy, P&L, investor relations, and all day-to-day operations including sales, product development, IT, and marketing.

Strategic partnerships with major insurers and telcos (PZU Group, Orange, Play, Plus, T-Mobile) secured dominant market positioning and defensible competitive advantages in the Polish telematics sector. I expanded the company’s SaaS offering for fleet telematics and analytics, and built a long-term partnership with PZU Group (36% market share), delivering crash detection and usage-based insurance services driven by machine learning analytics—with over 500,000 policies sold and 100,000 crash detection end users.

Developed proprietary IoT hardware and AI-driven crash reconstruction algorithms, building scalable IP assets and entry barriers for competitors. Scaled our digital platforms to more than 1 million monthly users across B2B and B2C verticals, securing distribution partnerships with all major mobile operators.

Performance and operational scale delivered a successful PE exit, attracting leading funds and creating substantial shareholder value. Company recognized by Ptolemus and Berg as the telematics leader in Central and Eastern Europe.

I remain a shareholder and serve as Supervisory Board Member, supporting portfolio transition and strategic roadmap for Telematics Technologies post-exit.

Naviexpert

2012–2017

As CEO, I led the repositioning of Naviexpert into Poland’s premium navigation and digital map platform, combining B2C subscriptions, B2B licensing, and strategic OEM partnerships. I was fully responsible for company strategy, operations, finance, sales, marketing, and investor relations.

During my tenure, I scaled the team from 20 to over 60 employees and drove the company’s transformation into a profitable, fast-growing asset in the leading CEE private equity fund MCI’s portfolio. Key to this growth was the execution of distribution partnerships with Orange, T-Mobile, Plus, and Play, expanding the subscription base from under 100k to 600k monthly active users.

I led a comprehensive turnaround—launching cost-saving data licensing agreements (reducing costs by over 10%), driving EBITDA margin improvement from negative to 34%, and introducing modern hiring and onboarding practices. Our sharpened commercial approach and improved internal culture addressed high staff turnover and unlocked high-performance delivery.

In 2017, I led the equity transaction process that delivered a x15 return on investment for MCI—marking the second-highest exit in the fund’s history and creating substantial shareholder value.

Onet.pl

2006–2012

Joining Onet—Poland’s largest internet portal—in a mid-level role, I quickly progressed to Director of Video & Entertainment, leading a 70+ person team and holding full P&L responsibility for one of the portal’s fastest-growing digital businesses.

I built and scaled new digital verticals—from gaming and lifestyle media to VOD—transforming early-stage concepts into revenue-generating units. I led the creation and launch of Onet VOD, writing the business plan, closing global content deals (BBC, Warner Bros, Sony, Universal), and securing mass-market distribution (notably the Coca-Cola campaign with 70 million co-branded bottles).

Within 18 months, Onet VOD reached 5 million users, achieved positive EBITDA, and gained national industry recognition. My leadership covered end-to-end delivery: strategy, product development, execution, and financial performance.

This chapter at Onet culminated at the executive table, where I helped shape the company’s digital roadmap—laying the foundation for my future CEO and scale-up leadership roles by combining entrepreneurial drive with operational discipline.

Actively serving as a board member and strategic advisor to high-growth ventures in the tech, mobility, marine technology, and dual-use/defense sectors.
